Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Toronto Truck Tire Centre. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About This JobThis is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An estimated salary of $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience
