Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Toronto Truck Tire Centre. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About This Job

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
