At AM/PM Systems Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include giving access to computer networks, reporting on the performance of computer systems and networks, and consulting user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions. You will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Additionally, you will set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
