Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at MANNZ CANADA IMMIGRATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Organized and reliable individual with excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
