Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, and performing data entry. Additionally, you will provide customer service, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and conduct performance reviews.
Your technical skills should include proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
