Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:

As a Home Health Care Nurse in our Community Visiting Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires autonomy, work-life balance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
  • Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
  • Current BCLS certification (Level C)
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
Expected Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
