About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Performance Leader to join our team at Foot Locker, Inc. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and sales skills to drive business results.
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating their team to deliver exceptional customer service, while achieving personal and productivity goals. As a leader, they will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
Sales Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and providing excellent sales service
- Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store
- Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience in a sales leadership role
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
