Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized treatment services to youth with severe mental health and substance use issues.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral care plans.
  • Provide trauma-informed practice, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented care within the interdisciplinary model.
  • Co-facilitate psycho-educational groups and deliver education based on theoretical models.
  • Participate in team care planning for youth mental health, substance use, and concurrent disorders prevention/early intervention strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Baccalaureate Degree in Child and Youth Care or an equivalent health-related discipline.
  • Two years' recent experience working with youth experiencing significant mental health, substance use, and/or concurrent disorder challenges in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recovery principles in mental health and substance use.
  • Experience with Trauma-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Recovery-Oriented Care.
  • Basic computer literacy to operate a client care information system and software.
Salary & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
