Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized treatment services to youth with severe mental health and substance use issues.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral care plans.
- Provide trauma-informed practice, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented care within the interdisciplinary model.
- Co-facilitate psycho-educational groups and deliver education based on theoretical models.
- Participate in team care planning for youth mental health, substance use, and concurrent disorders prevention/early intervention strategies.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Child and Youth Care or an equivalent health-related discipline.
- Two years' recent experience working with youth experiencing significant mental health, substance use, and/or concurrent disorder challenges in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recovery principles in mental health and substance use.
- Experience with Trauma-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Recovery-Oriented Care.
- Basic computer literacy to operate a client care information system and software.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
