Salary
$85,563 - $97,633 annually which includes a 4% Grid Temporary Market Adjustment*

Job Description
As a Cyber Youth Mental Health Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting clients, families, and the community by triaging cases, making referrals, and participating in collaborative community meetings. You'll work closely with team leaders and local partners to reduce mental health concerns and ensure early identification of neuro-divergent clients for timely assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, Educational Counselling, Clinical Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or Child and Youth Care
- A minimum of one year full-time equivalent experience working with children and youth and their families, with responsibility for providing a wide range of community-based mental health services
- Possession and maintenance of a valid class 5 BC Driver's license with no restrictions or equivalent

Preference may be given to applicants with two years or more experience working with children and youth and their families, with responsibility for providing a wide range of community-based mental health services. Preference may also be given to Indigenous applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience.
