State & Main Bartender Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bartender Supervisor to join our team at State & Main. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and leading a team of bartenders to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure efficient beverage service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including beer, wine, and spirits
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to bartenders to improve performance and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender Supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of beverages and ability to train staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
