Job Summary

The Client Care Centre Associate will be responsible for handling high-volume sales activities, providing top-notch service to clients, and driving growth within the sales team. This role is ideal for a self-managing, goal-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships over the phone.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency.
  • Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in a call centre environment.
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
