Job SummaryThe Client Care Centre Associate will be responsible for handling high-volume sales activities, providing top-notch service to clients, and driving growth within the sales team. This role is ideal for a self-managing, goal-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships over the phone.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency.
- Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in a call centre environment.
- High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive.
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
- A variable compensation structure, including base salary and commission.
- Total compensation package includes extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses.
