Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales process, manage inventory, and lead a team of sales professionals. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and maintain accurate records
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to build a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to remain competitive

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

Benefits:
