Medline Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Transformation team. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a structured environment to facilitate project delivery
  • Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and roles/responsibilities are clear to all stakeholders
  • Prepare, track, and provide timely updates to action, issue, and risk logs
  • Coordinate updates and submit weekly PMO project status reports
  • Ensure content on team site remains relevant and documents are stored in appropriate repositories
  • Assist in coordination of major deliverables
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree
  • Approximately 2 years experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role
  • CAPM or PMP considered an asset
  • Experience working with required project documentation
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio is an asset
  • Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management Tools is an asset
