Actuarial and Analytics Leadership Role

The Travelers Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Actuarial and Analytics Leader to join our team. As a key member of our analytic leadership team, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights to support business units, participating in strategic initiatives, and performing actuarial and analytic analyses independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
  • Design and execute analytical models and tools to support business decision-making
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of quantitative analysts to drive business results

Requirements:

  • University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, risk management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
