Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Actuarial and Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and providing analytical insights that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of actuarial and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to inform pricing strategies, reserving methodologies, and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Mentor and develop a team of actuarial and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in actuarial science and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in actuarial analysis within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
