Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Actuarial and Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and providing analytical insights to support various business units within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth actuarial and analytical studies to inform business decisions across diverse areas of the insurance industry.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, and product managers, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or economics.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a quantitative analysis role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, pricing principles, and regulatory requirements.
