Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Keenlyside Construction. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our office is located in a construction setting, and you will be working closely with our team to provide administrative support.
