About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM Technical Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a WFM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and developing the Workforce Manager interfaces, as well as serving as an expert on data best practices within the Time & Attendance Domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and build long-term trust
  • Design and document client solutions, including business requirements and interface specifications
  • Take ownership of configuration and work with other teams to deliver and unit test the system
  • Provide guidance to clients on preparing testing activities and support data migration activities
Requirements
  • Experience deploying and working with interfaces, APIs, and data bridges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Implementation experience, with hands-on experience in conducting solution walkthrough sessions
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically in Time & Attendance solutions
  • Technical proficiency in languages and tools, including SQL, XML, JSON, Groovy, Boomi, and Certinia
