Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at ADP. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping clients leverage our business solutions.
About the Role
As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client compensation, serving as a Subject Matter Expert, and providing problem-solving support. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in payroll processing, client service, and advanced internet and MS Office skills. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of Canadian payroll processing experience
- Client service experience
- Advanced internet and MS Office skills
While not mandatory, we welcome applications from individuals with post-secondary education, National Payroll Institute certification, or those working towards certification.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 CAD, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
