About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our team at pt Health. As a Case Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical assessment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review potential referrals to ensure they meet our criteria for medical evaluation
  • Screen for conflict of interest and advise the appropriate parties when necessary
  • Schedule services with our roster of medical and paramedical assessors
  • Book secondary service providers when necessary
  • Produce notifications consistent with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Prepare directives for assessors

Requirements:

  • Clinical background (preferably a registered health professional)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and firm grasp of systems
  • Mature and strong work ethic
  • Computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • French-English bilingualism is a significant asset
