Healthcare Case Costing Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Program Lead, Case Costing. This role will play a critical leadership role in developing and implementing case costing policies and models, ensuring alignment with provincial standards and best practices.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in case costing, data management, and analytics. They will lead a team of professionals responsible for coordinating and managing case costing projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and providing technical support to facilities and regions.
This position requires strong project management skills, expertise in data analysis and interpretation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving, as well as a deep understanding of Ontario's healthcare environment and OH initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Health Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7-10+ years of related case costing experience in Healthcare
- Extensive knowledge of CIHI datasets and Ontario's health care environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and present complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
Location:
Ontario (hybrid model, subject to change)
