Customer Service Operations Manager

The University Health Network is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Supervisor, Support Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in support services. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure high-quality services are delivered. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of support services, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams and departments to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Education: Minimum successful completion of a 3-year community college program in Healthcare Environmental Services Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, linen, transportation, or related field.
- Skillset: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and project management abilities. Knowledge of adult learning principles, environmental cleaning standards, and infection prevention and control practices.
- Competitive Salary: $73,500 per year.
