Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Gemstar Security Service Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

You will be the point of contact for emergency situations, co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting progress reports, requisitioning materials and equipment, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
