Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assigned teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and effective communication.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of interprofessional teams, ensuring seamless care delivery and adherence to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing, including community health content, from a recognized university.
  • Three years of recent related experience in nursing, including teaching, supervisory, or program coordination experience.
  • Registration with the BC College of Nursing Professionals as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
  • Current valid driver's license.
