We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Team Leader in Primary Care. Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and effective communication.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of interprofessional teams, ensuring seamless care delivery and adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care and safety.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing, including community health content, from a recognized university.
- Three years of recent related experience in nursing, including teaching, supervisory, or program coordination experience.
- Registration with the BC College of Nursing Professionals as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Current valid driver's license.

- Four weeks of vacation with one year of continuous service.
