As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and training to our nursing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our organizational goals and objectives, ensuring that they are aligned with our mission and values.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Advanced preparation in a designated clinical specialty area.
- Three years of recent experience in a management/leadership position.
- Four years of recent clinical experience in a designated clinical specialty area.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
