The Role

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts targeting Enterprise prospects and accounts, including hospital systems and clinic networks. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, product marketing, and medical education teams to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue from high-value accounts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive ABM strategies that align with Fullscript's business objectives, focusing on demand generation and deal acceleration within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partnering with sales, product, product marketing, and medical education teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized content, and ensure cohesive execution of ABM campaigns.
  • Leading the planning and execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing tactics such as personalized content, digital advertising, webinars, and events to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing or demand generation within the technology and/or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective ABM strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
