About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Scotiabank as a Senior IAM Product Manager, where you will play a key role in defining the business objectives and strategy for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for IAM, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that meet business needs.
  • Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support product decisions, working closely with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights and metrics to inform product decisions, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and progress updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent) capacity, with a focus on IAM or related technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology, with a strong understanding of IAM platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
