We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Product Manager to join our Information Security team at Scotiabank. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute IAM Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operation, and control function teams to deliver next-generation security products.
- Manage Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a shared product framework, including strategy, roadmap, budgeting, and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with management-level stakeholders and clients to communicate roadmap progress and facilitate collaboration.
- Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements to ensure timely delivery.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, aligning with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on funding requirements, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation models.
- Reporting and Metrics: Report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps, and risks using a data-driven approach.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or Equivalent): Required
- 7+ Years' Experience in Product Management (or Equivalent): Required
- 4+ Years' Experience in Information Security or Information Technology: Required
- 4+ Years Working with IAM Platforms: Required
- Previous Exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, and Audit Functions: Required
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Required
- Strong Planning and Organizational Skills: Required
- Experience in the Information Security Industry and with Security Software Products: Required
- Excellent Understanding of Financial Principles of Large Enterprise Organizations: Required
- Experience in Working with Complex Processes: Required
- Willingness to Learn and Grow: Required
