About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Product Manager to join our Information Security team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Identity Access Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute IAM Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operation, and control function teams to deliver next-generation security products.
  • Manage Product Roadmap and Budget: Develop and manage the product roadmap, budget, and processes to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and consolidate organizational security requirements.
  • Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communication and Reporting: Facilitate communication on roadmap progress with management-level stakeholders and clients, and report on overall product status, metrics, and key achievements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a Product Management capacity, with a strong background in Information Security or Information Technology.
  • 4+ years' experience working with IAM platforms and previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, and Audit functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with experience in working with complex processes and financial principles of large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience in the information security industry and with security software products, with a willingness to learn and grow.
