About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead our client's IAM implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles, practices, and technologies, as well as experience with IAM tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IAM implementation project and ensure successful delivery of the project objectives.
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies that align with the client's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at regional and global levels to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Manage and maintain IAM systems and infrastructure to ensure security and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IAM policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM or a related field, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta).
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, IAM framework, GDPR).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $100-$120 per hour.
  • Flexible work arrangement with 2 days per week on-site (Tues/Weds).
