We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Product Manager to join our Information Security team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Identity Access Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Product Management: Manage the product lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and rollout planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, operations, and control functions, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Business Case Development: Create business cases for IAM initiatives, aligning with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on funding requirements, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation models.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates on product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps, and risks, using a data-driven approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required, with 4+ years in Information Security or Information Technology and 4+ years working with IAM platforms.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills, experience in the information security industry and with security software products, and excellent understanding of financial principles of large enterprise organizations.
