Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Manager to join our team at Revere Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

About the Role:
  • The Administrative Manager will serve as a key member of our management team, contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • They will oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and other employee-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the incumbent will interact with staff, patients, and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring clear instructions and expectations are provided.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and manage electronic files and documents.
  • Train staff on new procedures and systems to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and SharePoint is an asset.
