About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NBC. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience: Three years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
