We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Lead to join our team at Jena Industries Inc.

Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Train and develop staff to ensure compliance with inventory control policies
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
