About Jena Industries Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Leader to join our team at Jena Industries Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that all stock levels are accurately tracked and managed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong leadership abilities.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement inventory management plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of inventory coordinators to assist with inventory management tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
