Inventory Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Planning: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management, detailing operational performance and recommending areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance and training to staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to staff members, ensuring that deadlines are met and productivity levels are maintained.
- Procurement: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
