Job Summary

We offer an attractive salary of $60,000 annually for this role. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes
  • Manage office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
