Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can build relationships and drive results? Climate Air Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their home comfort needs and providing solutions to save them money on utilities and future repairs. You will also be responsible for conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generating a referral base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort needs
  • Help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
  • Attain sales goals at or above quota revenues

Requirements
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, as well as solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers
  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
  • Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic PC computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
