Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kognitive Sales Solutions in the Georgian Bay region. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Marketing Representatives and driving sales growth for our client's product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Field Marketing Representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and support for their growth.
  • Train new representatives and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Report results to the Management Team and provide regular updates on team performance.
  • Complete Motivation Trackers and Coaching Forms, and any other duties assigned.
  • Attend weekly zoom calls with the team to discuss successes and provide information on new initiatives.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and team building.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, with good communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be able to travel across Northern Ontario region to various store locations.
