As a Transportation Solutions Principal, you will be the key liaison between Via and our partners, working closely with city officials, CEOs, and other stakeholders to develop and implement cutting-edge transportation solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term success of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced transportation systems in our partner cities, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping them to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and entrepreneurial approach required to ensure the success of Via solutions in a given city.
  • Deliver insightful analysis from large quantities of data produced from our platform, providing executives with valuable insights into mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends within their communities.
  • Negotiate multi-year and highly complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant client-facing work experience, including consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high-growth company.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate complex situations, and take on formal and informal leadership roles within Via.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Quantitative skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
  • Salary Range: CAD$130K-$140K.
