About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Advisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on.NET programming
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
