Senior Client Manager, Commercial Lines Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager, Commercial Lines to join our team at Jones DesLauriers Insurance Management Inc. This role requires a knowledgeable expert advisor in commercial insurance lines of business to manage a book of business, service clients, and assist in obtaining and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a renewal book of business and work closely with producers and other staff on client service, marketing, and renewal.
- Coordinate and support plans, discuss arising issues, and create comprehensive plans for existing clients.
- Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contribute to meeting departmental production goals.
- Manage account documentation, review client coverage and exposures, and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts, and participate in training and professional development courses.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial insurance experience required.
- O. license required.
- Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC.
