Job Title: Human Resource ManagerAbout the Role:

Elevate RS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and concerns.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Handle employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and management.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager
  • Experience in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experience in change management initiatives.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
