Job Summary:

Elevate RS Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies to minimize risk and protect the company's interests.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Handle compensation and benefits administration, including salary, bonuses, and benefits packages.
  • HRIS and Payroll: Manage employee payroll and HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and concerns, and maintain open communication with employees and management.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience in a diverse and fast-paced work environment, proven success in talent acquisition and retention strategies, experience in change management initiatives, and experience with performance management systems.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 per year, competitive salary commensurate with experience.
