Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at ASAMAKA INDUSTRIES LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Policy Development
    • Design and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee handbook.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations and Communications
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Develop and implement benefits and compensation programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Manage the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to improve performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with human resources practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
