We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at ASAMAKA INDUSTRIES LTD. Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Policy Development
- Design and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee handbook.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations and Communications
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources policies and procedures.
- Benefits and Compensation
- Develop and implement benefits and compensation programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to improve performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with human resources practices.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
