Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Policy Development
- Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support the achievement of our business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure that HR policies and programs align with the company's overall strategy.
- Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee concerns and issues.
- HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources software.
