Job Description: Human Resource ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
  • Design and Deliver Employee Development Programs
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration.
  • Manage HRIS Systems and Payroll
  • Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and concerns.
  • Lead Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
  • Handle employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Functions and Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Working Relationships
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in Developing and Implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience as HR Manager
  • Experience in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven Success in Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategies
  • Experience in change management initiatives.
  • Experience with Performance Management Systems
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 per year
