">Job Summary
">This is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our Home Hemodialysis Nursing team at Seven Oaks General Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hemodialysis nursing care to patients in their homes, utilizing your expertise in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in nephrology nursing. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care, from initial assessment to ongoing management and education.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as you will be visiting patients in their homes throughout Manitoba.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements;">
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care;">

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes;">
Requirements
">To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

- Baccalaureate of Nursing degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;">
- Minimum three years of experience in nephrology nursing, with a focus on hemodialysis;">
- Current CRNM registration and CNA certification in nephrology nursing (preferred);">
- Demonstrated clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently;">
- Valid Manitoba driver's license and reliable transportation;">
Salary and Benefits
">This position offers a competitive salary range of $42,162-$51,857 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and sick leave programs.
