Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Nurse Specialist at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in pediatric nursing, preferably in a critical care or surgical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent patient care.
