We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to management staff and employees across all locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, developing training programs, and administering collective bargaining agreements.

You will also work closely with our Vice President of Human Resources to develop and implement HR initiatives and policies that align with our company goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Job
  • Conduct investigations regarding discrimination and unfair employment practices.
  • Manage employment-related legal files from initial stages to resolution in collaboration with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Develop and conduct training for managers and employees on a variety of subject matters and soft skills identified as business needs.
  • Manage the effective implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures; provide guidance to employees to ensure complete alignment of HR policies and procedures across all locations.
  • Administer collective bargaining agreement clauses and general union issues and concerns. Responsible for the successful negotiation of the collective agreement within company guidelines for the unionized branch.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure both the needs of the business and the needs of the people are met while driving the Company's standardized processes into the facility.
