We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating special projects, managing calendars, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential executive support and coordination to senior leaders
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate special projects, including research, data collection, and analysis
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
